Investigating - Teams have identified a errors with in the HCPro Conditional Separator workflows not assigning to dialogues in some cases. We are currently investigating this issue to resolve.

Monitoring - **Attention Clients** Reminder Manager notifications were delayed from being delivered during their normal call window. The issue has been resolved and notification are in the process of being delivered.
